At Piilipuu we are continuously striving to be as ecological as possible. We recycle and aim to minimise all wastage. In addition energy saving light bulbs and equipment are used at Piilipuu.

We also choose local and organic food produce whenever possible. Fresh berries and wild mushrooms hand-picked from the nearby forests are also used at Piilipuu. Our delicious dishes are cooked on the premises and therefore full of authentic flavours – not preservatives.
